3331 Arts Chiyoda is a vibrant arts centre which brings together creative practitioners of all arts fields, along with people of all backgrounds and interests, in an open environment filled with creative energy, where multiple events and exhibitions are taking place on a daily basis. Here artists can connect immediately to a stimulating cross section of the Tokyo art and design scene and engage closely with its local contexts.

The residence facilities include accommodation, studio and small gallery space allowing resident artists to stay, make and present in the heart of Tokyo.

We currently have availability for May, June, October, November and December 2012. The deadline for applications is 30^th December 2011. Please refer to the residence home page for full information http://residence.3331.jp/en/

*Please note this is a self-supporting residence in which participating artists must secure their own funds towards the cost of the residence facilities as well as their own travel, production and living expenses. 3331 does not provide any grants.

Mail Art Contest

Il concorso prevede l'invio di mail art di dimensioni A4 standard all'indirizzo Artea Art Cohousing Artist Residency Viale odone belluzzi 301 - 00128 Roma entro la data di scadenza : il 21 agosto 2011.
Le mail art spedite non verranno restituite.
La partecipazione è libera a tutti e non sono previsti costi di
iscrizione.
La giuria composta da artisti internazionali valuterà attentamente tutte
le mail art inviate e stilerà la classifica dei vincitori , che è
insindacabile.
I premi previsti sono:
al primo classificato : 1 notte per 2 persone a Roma nell'Artea Artist Residency + pubblicazione gratuita sui nostri canali web (sito, FB, ...) e mostra
della Mail Art presso il Girasolereale bed and breakfast di Roma
al secondo e al terzo classificato : pubblicazione gratuita sui nostri
canali web (sito, FB, ...) e mostra della Mail Art presso il
Girasolereale bed and breakfast
Tema del concorso è "Roma".




The competition involves sending Mail Art standard A4 size at Artea Art Cohousing Artist Residency Viale Odone Belluzzi 301-00128 Rome by the date of deadline: Aug. 21.
The mail art sent will not be returned.
Participation is open to everyone and there are no costs
registration.
The international jury of artists will carefully consider all
the mail art sent and will draw up the list of the winners, which is
final.
The awards are:
first prize: 1 free nights for 2 people in Rome Artea Artist Residency +
free publication on our web channels (website, FB, ...) and Mail Art Exibition in Girasolereale bed and breakfast Rome
the second and third prize: free publication on our Web channels (website, FB, ...) and the Mail Art exhibition at the
Girasolereale bed and breakfast
